Poblano Hot Peppers

Poblano is a rather mild hot pepper. It is always eaten cooked and sometimes its seeds are removed to sweeten it further. Originally from Mexico, it is often used in Mexican recipes such as chili relleno, but is also excellent stuffed or incorporated into hot sauces.
