Honey Fungus (Armillaria)

Honey Fungus (Armilaria) mushroom has a nutty taste. It is rather bitter when raw, but cooking eliminates this taste, making it much better. Serve it in soups, stir-fries, rice or noodle dishes, omelettes and sauces.
