Minced Kale

Kale is a superfood rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Its inner leaves are more tender, but less tasty, while its outer leaves are fibrous and have a more pronounced taste. It can be eaten raw, in salads, in vinaigrettes or smoothies, or cooked in pastas, soups, stir-fries or pestos.
